Any applications should be recieved by the Town Clerk seven (7) days prior to the meeting.

Powers and Duties

The Town of Denmark Planning Board has the following Powers and Duties:

1. Approval of Special Use Permits

2. Review and approval, approval with modifications, or disapproval of special uses within the town as designated pursuant to Section 274-b of the Town Law and in accordance with the standards and procedures as set forth in the Town of Denmark Zoning Law. 

3. Submittal of advisory opinion to the Town Board for proposed ammendments to the Zoning Law 

4. Review and approval, approval with modifications, or disapproval of Minor Subdivisions, Major Subdivisions and Lot Line Adjustments.
